My first run based on a Garmin watch suggestion. It did not go particularly well: each kilometer, I received a notification "Too Fast" I can run 5:20, maybe 5:30, but definitely not 5:50
The purpose was to run slow and put only a low load on my right knee

2. One Stop Nutrition on Bell Rd & 32nd St for a protein shake
I was not expecting that my Anymite Fitness subscription would still work, but it did, so I had to workout :) Tried 130lbs chest press (did 14reps)
