Repeated workout with Martin

Repeated workout based on 2025-01-03, but today we took it more easy, because tomorrow I have a running race. So I skipped one arms series and one hamstring series. Everything else was the same, including swimming/SPA after:)

- Shoulder Press 85lbs
- Triceps: 2x 45+45+25lbs
