After yesterday’s intense gym workout, I decided to take it easy today and went swimming with Martin at EOS Fitness.

I alternated between the pool and the spa, similar to my usual routine of relaxing in the spa after a football game. However, this time I focused more on swimming and ended up completing 20 laps.
