It was very windy outside, but I decided to go anyway. The run felt slow and boring, even though I was faster than the prescribed pace of 6:00/km. I felt great and probably should have done a TRESHOLD run, but I held back after yesterday's sprint training. Either way, I will not be doing another BASE run unless Garmin assigns me a faster pace.
