I met these guys during my Sunday walks to church and back. They usually play at Moon Valley Park, but this week’s match was at Bell 94.

There is not much to say about this one. Our defense was terrible as always, and our only “tactic” was long balls. Some players, whenever they received the ball, would kick it in the direction they were facing. I tried a few one-twos, but most of the time the ball never came back. Only Mani gave me a few proper passes, and I managed to create one good chance for him.

I had two shots of my own. The first in the opening half went wide. The second was with my left foot in the second half, and the goalkeeper managed to deflect it. The rebound stayed in play, and one of our players was there, but the goalie clipped his leg. It could have easily been a penalty, although the referee did not call it. That would have at least given us one goal on the board.
