I ran as Garmin suggested, yet it still showed that training status. But it is probably right, I have not had high aerobic activity in the past 3 weeks.

We were supposed to have a SUASL soccer match today, but the city closed all the fields because of light rain. Back in Europe, it would be perfect weather for football, but not here:) But I was happy about it, since it had only been three weeks since my knee injury, and it was not entirely healed yet.
