- bike 10 minutes (level 17)
- free weight and machines: 25 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- knee protocol: 6 series
- hot SPA afterwards

Back at our usual EOS Fitness place

Bench press I did was 110lbs (55lbs each side)

Shoulder Press starts at 90lbs

We also did a new exercise: Arnold :)
