It is ridiculous, but yesterday Garmin again moved my low aerobic window further left, so I cannot reach it despite running the same low aerobic over and over again :)

It was a bit windy today, but doable. Had to go before lunch because of the PRP injection in the afternoon

PRP Knee Shots

Deep into the right knee. Only into the patella of the left knee.

My doctor was Mr. Edgar Suter. He was very informative and meticulous. Also, Czech doctor Mrs. Gabriela Hebronova works there. I had a brief talk with her. It was nice.

Poznámka

My plan was to do this experiment only with the right knee. But after discussing symptoms with the doctor (chondromalacia on the right, patellar tendonitis on the left), he said that on the right it might only help temporarily, but on the left he is pretty confident it WOULD help with my patella. So, after a brief thought, I decided to do both.
