- just stairs, no bike
- free weights and machines: 28 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

Poznámka

I was on the bike yesterday, so today we did only stairs. Achilles is healed, yeah!

I did 6 1/2 on Chest Press (twice) with 2x 60lbs + bar

Hamstring 140lbs :)
