- free weights and machines: 16 series
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol) + Groin + Achilles
- hot SPA afterwards

Again, very good performance, now I am at the 2023 level, but it is July 2023 (2023-07-20) and not August 2023 (2023-08-11)
