- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards
Poznámka
Skipped the bike today, because there is a football match tomorrow.Hands/arms were pretty weak, but I did 145 lbs hamstring today!
The gym was pretty empty (no surprise;)
