The Last Training of the Season

The last training was meant to be on 2024-02-20, but my access batch still worked (not sure why), so I decided to go and workout on the very last day

It was late, and very few people were at the gym

Note

Repeated 2024-02-17, including Bosu squats with weight and Pectoral Fly

I enjoyed running to and walking from the gym
