It was a worse time than on 2024-02-18 and 2022-12-04, but it's not bad, considering my back and SI joint hurt a bit. And I did it in under one hour, it was my goal.

I started 10 minutes before 9 AM, which is quite late in the summer. I met the guys who had already come from the hike in the parking lot. During my run, I met only two more people. It was completely empty, which is not surprising. The heat was terrible but doable. But on the hottest days of summer, this is really impossible. Since I was in the intense sun for about 3 hours, I got a bit burned. I was red for the next few days.
