Spring/Summer Workout Revisited

I decided to make a change to my workout routine and revisit my summer workout. Since I was recovering from surgery during the summer, I don’t have a complete record of the exercises I did. However, I found an entry from the spring with a full set of exercises, so I used that as a template.
