Borachos – Other Team 2:5 (0:2)

I met these guys during my Sunday walks to church and back. They played at Moon Valley Park, and today I was finally able to play on that field. Last week (2025-08-10) we played in Scottsdale.

Both teams barely managed to gather 11 players, and the game started with a 10–15 minute delay. Tony played sweeper. In the very first minute, he tried to pass to Chai, who was playing as a goalkeeper, but made a mistake. Their forward got the ball, shot at the goalie, and after the rebound, our defender accidentally scored an own goal.

Incredibly, at the beginning of the second half, we conceded another own goal. By then, we had a goalkeeper, so Chai (our starting goalie) moved to defense and ended up scoring into our own net. When we were losing 0:4, I finally scored our first goal with a volley after a long cross. It was a nice goal, but the overall score was still horrible.

At the very last minute, Chai scored another goal for us, setting the final result at 2:5.
