- bike 10 minutes (1/2 lvl17; 1/2 lvl18)
- free weights and machines: 25 exercises
- 2x hamstring (injury prevention)
- 2/3 knee protocol
- hot SPA afterwards

Poznámka

Pushed the bike further with 5 minutes on level 18.

The gym was incredibly full. So when we took a spot, we stayed there for a while. That means 5x Chest Press, 5x Angled Bench Press, 3x regular Bench Press, etc.

No SPA today. We hurried to ZK Grill :)
