Poznámka
Martin had back trouble, but went with me anyway. I was so tired from last night's restless sleep. Therefore, the workout was only 16 series.When I was doing the protocol, Martin came back to me with a surprise: he forgot his swimsuit at home :) So no swimming for him today.
Then I went to the SPA, and another surprise awaited me there: after one month of UNPRODUCTIVE and one week of STRAINED, I finally got a training status of PRODUCTIVE!
