- bike 25 minutes (level 17, cadence 100, last minute 115)
- free weights and machines: 16 series
- no hamstring (too tired)
- Seated Leg Press (patella/chondromalacia protocol)
- hot SPA afterwards

We are friends with Garmin again:)

Poznámka

Martin had back trouble, but went with me anyway. I was so tired from last night's restless sleep. Therefore, the workout was only 16 series.

When I was doing the protocol, Martin came back to me with a surprise: he forgot his swimsuit at home :) So no swimming for him today.

Then I went to the SPA, and another surprise awaited me there: after one month of UNPRODUCTIVE and one week of STRAINED, I finally got a training status of PRODUCTIVE!
